ARRC Organics is our premier organic waste processing facility
Located in the Yatala-Stapylton Industrial Precinct, ARRC Organics converts the contents of your green bin – as well as food waste and other organic waste – into high-quality gardening products for use across the Gold Coast and beyond. It’s the first facility in Queensland to incorporate an Advanced Composting Plant – an enclosed system that maintains a controlled atmosphere to mitigate the release of nuisance odours into the atmosphere.
ARRC Organics is capable of processing more than 60,000 tonnes of organic waste each year with plans to expand. And compared to landfill, we’re reducing CO₂ emissions associated with processing green waste by more than 50%.
ARRC Organics products
Composts
Our premium-grade soil conditions are nutrient-rich and designed to rejuvenate damaged soils. These products act as natural fertilisers and provide essential support for tropical and vegetable gardens.
Mulches
We offer a selection of mulches, including Recycled Coarse Forest Mulch and Forest Fines, which help with moisture retention, weed suppression, and soil temperature regulation.
Soils
Our soil products such as Commercial Garden Soil and Underturf Blend are designed for diverse applications from residential gardens to commercial landscaping. These blends support root development and maintain a balance between drainage and moisture retention.
