Building ARRC takes a great team
Delivering the Gold Coast’s future resource recovery infrastructure takes more than great plans and technology. It takes great people.
ARRC has grown to a team of more than 30 people, bringing together expertise spanning infrastructure, operations, engineering, environment, commercial management, finance, governance, communications and community engagement.

What unites them is the opportunity to help build something with a lasting impact.
For Capital Delivery Manager Troy Bray, who has lived on the Gold Coast his whole life, that connection is particularly strong.
“The chance to help shape how we deliver this work and contribute to a legacy for generations means a great deal to me.”

Procurement Manager Erika Jolley was attracted by the opportunity to apply her skills and experience to an organisation taking a new approach to waste management, while delivering positive outcomes for the community.
“I was particularly drawn to ARRC’s innovative and progressive approach to shaping the future of waste management.”
And Delivery Coordinator Darrel Puzilewicz, who joined ARRC with a background in renewable energy and utilities, says working on projects that make a positive difference has always been important to him.

“Being part of an organisation that’s helping create better environmental outcomes for the community was a natural fit for me.”
As ARRC’s projects move from planning towards delivery, having the right mix of skills, experience and people committed to its purpose will be critical to turning the vision for the precinct into reality.
